Ice Hockey Co-Op Mission Statement
The University School of Milwaukee’s ice hockey co-op team includes players from DSHA, USM, Nicolet, Shorewood, St. Thomas More, and Whitefish Bay. The co-op is built on the foundational principles of teamwork, commitment, sportsmanship, discipline, and leadership. The team's no-cut policy affords all student-athletes the opportunity to participate on the team and develop valuable life skills that will serve them on the ice and beyond.

Home ice hockey games are played at the Uihlein Ice Arena on the University School of Milwaukee Campus (2100 W. Fairy Chasm Road, Milwaukee, Wi 53217).

Coach Carey is no stranger to the hockey program at University School Milwaukee, having coached at all levels of the Milwaukee Winter Club program since 2005 and having served on the USM board of directors since 2008. Coach Carey played Division I college hockey while attending the United States Military Academy at West Point. He has served as an NCAA Division I (Big Ten and Western Collegiate Hockey Association) and Division III (Northern Collegiate Hockey Association) on-ice official for 21 seasons.
