Softball Program Mission Statement

The Dasher Softball Program is a highly supportive environment that provides team members with ample opportunities to learn and grow, fosters their desire to work hard, encourages them to recover and grow from mistakes, and inspires them to achieve not only their individual and team goals, but personal potential. Our cumulative work and determination will result in the success we collectively strive for: a state championship.

Pillars of the Softball Program

2018 Team Vision Statement

The Dashers will be the most hardworking team we know. We will be coachable and constantly seek out ways to improve. Through our relentless focus on getting 1% better every day, we will do the ordinary better than anyone else.
