1. Parents: Create a myDSHA account
You will create a user ID and password by clicking on the "New User Registration" button when prompted. All user IDs should be created by the parent.
The system won't allow me to create a myDSHA account
Have you tried to create a myDSHA account to start the application, and couldn't? Your email is likely attached is an existing record.
How? If you registered your daughter for a prior admissions event (Girls Night In, Future Dasher Night, Virtual Q&A Session, you have a myDSHA account).
"Okay. That might be me...but I haven't logged in before...how do I log in? I never received a username and password?"
Usernames and passwords for existing accounts
Families who have myDSHA records and don't have usernames or passwords can request this information from the DSHA Admissions Office. Click here to contact us.
When you receive that information, you will be able to log in to your myDSHA account and start the application.
I have an account, I logged in successfully, but lost/forgot my username and password
If this applies to you, select the "forgot login" option on the myDSHA login page and complete the prompts to receive your information via email.
