The Parent Association is an excellent way for parents and guardians of DSHA students to get involved in their daughter’s high school experience. The association benefits our school community through educational programs, social functions, and faculty appreciation events. In addition, the PA provides vital volunteer and financial support for faculty appreciation events and Campus Ministry activities. Whether your commitment is small or large, all DSHA parents and guardians are encouraged to join the PA and stay connected and involved.

    • Check in at the main office, where you will be directed to the Fireside Lounge!

    FAQs
    • Does my daughter need to bring a calculator? Please bring your calculator for the math test. A scientific calculator is fine.
    • Does my daughter need to bring a pencil? Yes please!
    • When do we get the results?  Results will be emailed to the contact email used for SignUp Genius in approximately 2 weeks.
    • If she is taking both the math and language test, which one does she take first DSHA has no preference--whichever test your daughter wants to take first is okay with us!
    • Do I drop her off at the front entrance and pick her up at the front entrance? Yes, drop off and pick up in the front at door #1.  Students can call parents if they get done early
  • Future Dasher Night | TBD

    Registration opens spring 2026.
  • Dasher Mentors | Summer 2026

Your daughter's Dasher Mentors will be in touch in the beginning of June to introduce themselves and share upcoming plans for this spring and summer!

Dasher Mentor Program

The Dasher Mentor program is designed to help you through your freshman year at DSHA. All freshmen are assigned to a small group (5-6 freshmen) with two Dasher Mentors (current DSHA students). Your Dasher Mentors will contact you in the summer to introduce themselves and organize opportunities for you to meet your fellow Dasher Mentor group members!

Events are planned during the first few weeks of the school year, and your Dasher Mentors will continue to connect with you during your freshman year. Your Dasher Mentors are great resources for you as you begin your high school journey!
